Part of my holistic diet included eating healthy and delicious foods. I didn't want to deprive myself of everything I liked, so I made sure to include some indulge in my diet. I loved desserts, so I found some recipes that were healthy but also delicious.
One of my favorite recipes is a gluten-free chocolate cake made with almond flour and cocoa powder. It also includes honey and vanilla, which gives it an amazing flavor. Another favorite dessert of mine is a chia pudding made with almond milk, chia seeds, and fruit. It is light and refreshing, and it is a great way to get protein and fiber.
Eating healthy desserts helped me stay motivated during my treatment. I knew I could enjoy something delicious without feeling guilty. It also helped me stay positive. Eating sweet things made me happy and helped me deal with the stress of my treatment.
I am now in remission and feeling better than ever. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be alive and for the sweet treats that helped me get to where I am today.
If you are struggling with cancer, I encourage you to take a holistic approach to your treatment. Include a healthy diet, exercise, and a positive mindset in your treatment plan. And don't forget to enjoy some healthy sweet treats every now and then. They will help you stay motivated and happy on your journey.
