HEALTHY FATS SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cup palm hearts, cut into thick slices
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley

Dressing:

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl. Then, in a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients to make the dressing.

Mix both and enjoy!

Properties:

  • Source of potassium, phosphorus, zinc, calcium, among others
  • Contain vitamins such as A, riboflavin, B6, C, E and K
  • Antioxidant
  • Strengthens the immune system
  • It helps regulate blood pressure
  • It helps to have a good digestion
  • Regulates cholesterol in the blood
  • Improves cardiac health
  • Provides hormonal balance
  • Maintains and improves the health of the skin and hair
