Way Maker

Way Maker. I can’t even begin to express my level of joy and gratitude to my Way Maker, my Miracle Worker, my Light in the darkness… My God, Jesus prince of peace the Lord of my heart. It has been 4 years since the moment He put in my heart to start sharing my healing journey. I thought He wanted me to write a book about my healing experiences but while I attended a conference at Bethel Church, a prophetic word was spoken over me to start writing a blog, this immediately resonated with my spirit and so I began. I must admit I was afraid and I was very self-conscious of what others would think. I am not a professional writer and I honestly began to go over all the reasons as to why I was not qualified. But I remembered, how He’s taught me that the world will always tell you why you can’t do something. I know His heart and He doesn’t call on those that are qualified but He sees the heart of His people and their willingness to obey Him and trust Him with His calling, promises, and to walk in faith following though with His leading.

As I began writing I found it very healing for me and as a tool to bless others. I honestly felt honored to express and share my thoughts, my opinions, and journey with others. The thought that my writing could reach corners of this earth and the hearts of people I would never meet, brings such a level of humbleness and recognition of the glory and goodness of God over us all. He has gradually taken me through this process of growth, and learning, to serve others. Sometimes, our most powerful moments come from where we are most vulnerable. I know my job is to obey Him and grow in Him to become a giant in FAITH.

During this time I have witnessed many breakthroughs of how God has delivered His truth, His joy, healing, and peace to my readers. Reading emails, social media messages from many of you has brought much joy and delight to my heart. Encouraging me to continue on to spread hope, love, joy, inspiration, health, wellness, and reach people I will never meet. This concept is so profound yet it is true, as He has opened many platforms for me to have access to deliver the truth of His heart for you and me.

Although my entire blog is a channel of obedience to His calling, this blog post is specifically dedicated as an acknowledgment to His goodness and His lordship over the world. You see, I was recently invited to share my mission under the “Inspiration Section” in a fashion magazine. In prayer with Him, He said I will take you places where my light in you will prompt the world to wonder about Me and My existence, planting seeds of curiosity to lead them to Him. I must be honest I was very nervous to do it, as this is not in my element yet what He said to me was more powerful than my nerves and so I did it.

There’s a passage in the new testament where Jesus says “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Mark 2:17 I am so grateful He came for me … a sinner that needed desperate healing and deliverance from bondage. I am grateful He came to save you and me and gave us life. Having been honored to be part of this beautiful magazine is a testament to this passage and His goodness to reach places where the world reigns. The magazine is out and I pray it reaches the souls’ God ordains to bring HOPE and LIFE. Thank you Mr. Warrent Satt for the opportunity to be part of your beautiful project.
