At its core, hope—the positive expectation of something good coming—is rooted in your beliefs. But sometimes it seems like even though your conscious mind knows that there is always hope, your emotions keep getting stuck in negativity and worry. Why? Because we tend to operate in default mode, based on the habits and mindsets that are deeply ingrained in our subconscious mind. You need to get your conscious and subconscious mind in alignment!
Unless you want to keep ending up where you’ve always been, this means that you must change your subconscious thinking. Become aware of the truth that we operate and respond based on ingrained habits, and become intentionally aware of changing these thought habits. Renew your mind! Work to create a new mindset that is intentionally proactive instead of reactive, positive instead of negative. Yes, doing this takes daily awareness, intention and effort—but the potential outcome is fulfilling and rewarding.
