Dr. Murray Galbraith
43057 Margarita Rd., Suite C102 Temecula, CA 92592

Dr. Murray Galbraith has been helping people live a wellness lifestyle since 1978. After starting his first office and practicing for 7 years in South Florida where he grew up, he moved to Temecula and has been in active practice there since 1987.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Santa Barbara City College, Oneonta State (NY) and Rhode Island College, he earned is Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from New York Chiropractic College, graduating in 1978.  Dr. Galbraith holds licenses in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Colorado, New York, Washington, Arizona, and California.

He has served as a member of the Representative Assembly of the International Chiropractors Association for both Florida and California for over 25 years, as well as a board member of the International Chiropractors Association of California. He is active in the Blair Chiropractic Society and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. He has been living a wellness lifestyle for the last 30-plus years. By following the Formula For Health, proper nerve supply, proper rest, proper diet, proper exercise and proper mental attitude, he has not seen a medical doctor

since 1974 nor had any kind of medication or drug since 1974. Teaching others these principles has been a cornerstone of his philosophy of wellness since beginning public speaking on health education topics in 1977. He has shared these with a wide variety of groups, from mothers groups to professional athletes, small businesses to local city governments, real estate boards to corporations, high school and college students to teachers groups. He has also been on the school board committee that set wellness policy for the local public schools district. He has also taught wellness education classes at his church and volunteered many hours bringing chiropractic care and wellness information to the Temecula-Murrieta Rescue Mission. Another volunteer activity that he has a real heart for is working with Canine Support Teams helping to keep the service dogs in-training healthy through chiropractic adjustments and nutritional support.

One of his most humbling, and satisfying experiences was working at Ground Zero five weeks after September 11, 2001 as member of the support teams helping the rescue/recovery teams working on the “pile.” The main thing he took away from that experience was the amazing way that everyone watched out for everyone else and made sure that each person, regardless of their job, had everything they needed. It was that cooperation and coordination that was the most inspiring thing and probably the biggest take-away from that whole experience.

Dr. Galbraith is also one of a network of approximately 640 doctors nationwide that cares for active duty veterans, especially those returning from deployments by offering them one year of wellness care at no charge. He feels that it’s the least he can do for those who have written the ultimate “blank check” so that we can continue to have the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Sports like snow skiing, both lift-served and backcountry, surfing, road and mountain biking, running, competitive handgun shooting (IDPA), tennis and golf are all activities that he continues to enjoy and expand upon. Having a healthy body is prerequisite to being able to do the things that you want to do for as long as one wants to do them. He completed the Marine Corps Combat Fitness Test at age 58 with a perfect score for the oldest (45) year old age group. More recently, he’s been competing in Spartan (obstacle course racing) races, with two bronze medals in his age group (60-120). More importantly, he’s been racing for the last year with his son which is a bigger thrill than any medals

Dr. Galbraith has been married to his wife Sylvia for 35 years. They have one son, Cameron, who works in the Bay area.

In 1975, Dr. Ronald Pero, Ph.D.. the chief of cancer prevention research at New York’s preventative medicine institute and professor of medicine at New York University began researching the ways and means to estimate an individual’s susceptibility to various chronic diseases. The specific aspects studied were “an individual’s immune system responsiveness or their immune competence”…
