My Pain Won’t Go Away
My Pain Won’t Go Away. Lord, I’m in pain and You only are my refuge, my strength, and a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Your Word says that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but You deliver him out of them all (Psalm 34:19). Look upon my affliction and my pain, and forgive all my sins (Psalm 25:18). Send relief now, Lord. Whether You choose medicine or a miracle, I will forever acknowledge You as the Source of my healing.
Help me shift my focus from my pain to Your promises because they revive me and comfort me (Psalm 119:50). Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved for You are the one who deserves my praise (Jeremiah 17:14).
Let, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to Your Word (Psalm 119:76). On the authority of Your Word, I declare that Your anointing is driving the pain out of my body now! In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
