- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or 1 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated turmeric
- 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
- 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
- 1 Pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
Pour all the ingredients into the blender. Chia seeds will help thicken the smoothie.
