Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or 1 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated turmeric
  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
  • 1 Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Pour all the ingredients into the blender. Chia seeds will help thicken the smoothie.
  • Blend until the mixture has a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy!

Notes

You can adjust the amount of honey according to your sweetness preference.
