Because food and nutrition is an important part of healing, I’m often asked what I eat and the type of diet I follow. Overall, the answer is that for the most part I try to follow a plant-based diet that’s free of added sugars. At the more detailed level the reality is that cooking is not one of my hobbies, and I tend to eat the same things many times. I do a lot of juices and smoothies, and eat a lot of salads, beans, quinoa and other nutritious foods.

In this section I’ll share some of my own recipes, as well as recipes that others have given me permission to share, and links to the cookbooks or recipes that I use most.
